Virtual Yoga is on hiatus for the 3rd quarter of 2022

Pandemic Times are tough times…

I’m offering a minimum of two Saturday morning (10am CST) classes per month to support your well being during this extraordinary time. Each class will consist of an hour of asana and 30 minutes of pranayama & meditation. These classes are suitable for students who have studied hatha yoga for at least 6 months. I offer clear instruction and utilize props like blankets, blocks, and a yoga chair in this dynamic asana class. I will also teach you various types of breath-work (pranayama) to support your nervous system and immune system. Pranayama is performed both lying down (utilizing bolsters/cushions) and/or seated. No experience is necessary for the pranayama portion of class.

Because of the virtual nature of these classes, I will not be able to see you at all times and make the individualized adjustments as I would normally in an in-person class. I trust you to honor your own limits and to ask for clarification when needed.
